The RM1000 Cellular IoT Baseband is a low power system-on-chip (SoC) for the Internet of Things (IoT) and Machine-to-Machine (M2M) communication. The device is a dual-mode LTE-M / NB-IoT cellular baseband with integrated SRAM and full software stack comprising LTE L2/L3, AT Command stack, and TCP/UDP/IP stack.
